Eagle owl shooting (Chlausschiessen) in Berg am Irchel

The traditional Uhu shooting competition is an annual event with a special significance. The Irchel marksmen compete against the marksmen from Teufen and cultivate a long-standing camaraderie as well as sporting competition. The winner of this traditional duel receives the coveted eagle owl and is allowed to keep it until the next year's event. This year, the Eagle Owl Shooting will take place in Berg am Irchel and once again promises excitement, conviviality and a living shooting tradition.
